I created personas, built digital strategies, and developed content calendars for social. I helped identify 4 completely different targets and made sure created tailored content. I helped identify pivotal moments in their life to serve relevant content.
I also assisted during the creation of the new campaign in response to Zika's outbreak in South America by providing regional insights to make sure the campaign would be effective. In addition, I explored ways in which the brand could go beyond its communication efforts and by following Brazil's current situation closely, I spearheaded an initiative that led SCJ to donate 15 million dollars to help fight the outbreak.
